PHILOSOPHY
As the younger generation is in charge of the world of tomorrow, Passion Sea focuses on children in their formative years, so they become aware of the importance of protecting the seas, oceans, lakes and rivers throughout their lives. By helping them understand, appreciate and love this precious gift of nature, they become the solution — and the guardians of our planet for generations.
Water is the most precious gift we have been given. Without it, life on Earth would be impossible. It existed long before we arrived — and yet, over the years, we have treated it as something owed to us: to be sold, incorporated, and used without regard. This wrongful behaviour has a deep impact on our planet, our living conditions, and our bodies. What most people don't realise is that mistreating water is mistreating ourselves, our homes, and our world. Education and awareness are what will wake the collective mind — and begin creating lasting change. Our lives — and those of our children and future generations — depend on what we do now.
OUR STORY
2014 October: Passion Sea founded in Monaco — children's education through art and creativity.
2015 February: Gala Dinner, Palm Beach (Andrea Bocelli). March: Golf Tournament, Palm Beach (Gary Player, Camilo Villegas). May: Joined the Prince Albert II Foundation. June: Gala Dinner, Palazzo Reale Milano (hosted for Prince Albert II Foundation). August: Croatia — "White Flag" ocean cleanup with divers. September: St. Moritz Art Masters — Children's Day, painting a huge canvas with 30 children. November: Inauguration of the First Children's Flag at the Yacht Club de Monaco. December: First World Country Flag (USA) at The Benjamin School, Palm Beach.
2016 Feb: Passion Sea and Postojna Cave for Clean Water — official visit and celebration of Olm egg hatching, presented Postojna Cave with a special white flag, a symbol of clean waters. May: Colony Hotel Pavillon, Palm Beach — Gala Dinner (Thomas Kostigen, Blue Water book). May: Golf Monte Carlo (Fiona Tan, Princess Maria Carolina and Maria Chiara of Bourbon-Two Sicilies: Children's Ambassadors). June: Art Studio at La Turbie Open Air Center — 5m underwater canvas with all Monaco schools. September: Toronto — Ripley's Aquarium, 2 days education in private schools, golf tournament, cocktail with speakers.
2017 July: Gstaad Club des Leaders Dinner. September: Ocean Talks London (Boat International). November: Grand Bahamas (Governor Don Cornish, Minister of Education) — school visits, water caves, ocean sanctuaries. December: Book published, "Water is Life: Thoughts of Our Generation" (collaboration with Fiona Tan).
2018 Book Party, Palm Beach (private home). Better World Monaco Award (Prince Albert II, Jean-Michel Cousteau). International School Monaco — prize-giving for selected book paintings.

THE TWO FLAGS
The Children's World Water Flag
The Children's World Water Flag began with a simple question: how do we bring children across different countries together around one vision of water? The answer was a single flag, carried from place to place, with each new group of children adding their paintings and their promises to it. Today the flag is a living petition — not written in words, but in colors and promises made by children who will inherit the waters of the world. Country by country, it grows, collecting the hopes of the next generation.
The Passion Sea Flag
The Passion Sea Flag flies from boats and vessels committed to respecting our seas. Crews that raise it agree to a code of conduct: to love and protect our waters in how they sail, anchor, and live aboard. It is a symbol of environmental behavior at sea — a badge of honor for the maritime community, and a visible reminder, harbor by harbor, that the sea we love is the sea we protect. Children on land. Boats at sea. One promise flying between them.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We hold water sacred — as countless traditions around the world have for millennia. Gratitude for water, kindness in how we speak of it and to it, reverence for its role in every living body: these are our values. We also hold science in the highest respect. Our programs distinguish clearly between what research tells us about water, and what our hearts and traditions teach us. Both belong in a full life. That honesty is what lets us work in public schools, private schools, and faith communities alike.

Helga Piaget has long been a brand ambassador. Having raised two children she sees respect and conscious education as being the key for life on our blue planet. She seeks to engage children and adults alike to help change the world.
Fiona Sanctuary
Vice-President & Creative Director
Fiona Sanctuary is a creative mind working in the field of Transformational Living and Restorative Art and a Hado teacher, sharing the research of Masaru Emoto. She has long been an advocate for water and environmental causes. She wishes to help the Earth and protect water by raising awareness and finding solutions.

Sonja Vidovic has been an ambassador for healthy living since childhood. With a love for nature and an educational background in Health Sciences, Sonja has been facilitating a holistic and healthy lifestyle approach to personal and planetary wellness across generations. As a Steward of Water she strives to instill respect towards this most precious gift of nature through education and creativity.

After teaching English, Music, Arts and Social Learning for about 20 years Barbara Patek feels certain that there is an enormous chance in sensitizing children to live respectfully and in harmony with our planet. Our children and students are the key to the future.
Margarita Cittadini expertise lies in the field of high-end luxury home living. She has long been a philanthropist on the board of many foundations. Her love for the oceans and education make her a dedicated connector towards this mission.
Maria Bologna made her career in the field of media: publisher, journalist, media and event adviser/ management. She understands the importance of information, education and how to use media as a tool for communication. She has always been concerned about the future of our oceans.
